adrian@eternalbloodlust.com BioI am a computer programmer and video game designer. My current project is Cities of Glory (MUD) and I do some other misc projects, including web design. I'm also the cgi programmer for Dowling Web Design. My real paying job is not important, I only work there to pay my bills.
I also have a lot of interest in video games, however I've kinda been out of the loop for a while, since I don't own a PS2, Xbox, or Gamecube... Nor do I have a modern gaming computer. But I do play Diablo II a lot, and play games on my friends' gaming machines when I get the chance. I also play on emulators of old consoles, such as the SNES and PSX, and even older ones such as the NES and Atari 2600. I know a lot about games from those consoles, so feel free to ask me about them.
I am incredibly knowledgable and interested in the field of rock music. I like mostly music from the 90s and later, but some oldies I am familiar with. I am very versatile with the music I like, since I like a very big range of music styles. However, I tend to like the more hardcore bands of rap metal and punk, such as Korn, Marilyn Manson, Mindless Self Indulgence, Disturbed, Godsmack, Staind, etc. I absolutely don't like country/western music, and most rap, but there are some artists and songs from those genres that I enjoy. I've also gotten into techno lately, but that is such a broad genre. I'm really into rave music, and techno songs with hardcore beats. The things I don't like in music, are guest rappers, songs that are too typical and/or unoriginal, and techno (remix) songs that are fucked up by including too many words and not enough bass.
IRL, I am actually a very quiet person. Quite a few people call me Silent Bob, after the absolutely brilliant character from Kevin Smith's "Jay and Silent Bob" movies. However I am very talkative online, it's a very different contrast, it's almost like I'm a different person (Which is why, online, I prefer being called Adrian). I typically dress in all black and wear a trenchcoat that most people would consider permanently attached to my body. I've also dyed my hair bright red, and I have grown claws on my fingers.
